Suggested Use

Add 1 packet of XM+ Energy Mix to 8-18 oz of cold water. Shake well and drink on an empty stomach, or at least 15 minutes prior to a healthy meal. XM+ is ideal to consume before exercise. Do not consume more than 2 packets per day. Consuming late in the day may impair sleep.
