Earnings Disclaimer
Effective date: June 26, 2026
Moringa.co offers a Brand Partner program through which independent contractors may earn commissions on product sales to end consumers. This Earnings Disclaimer governs all statements, illustrations, and testimonials about income, lifestyle, or other results that appear on moringa.co, in our marketing materials, or in Brand Partner communications.
No income guarantee
We do not guarantee any specific level of income or success. Brand Partner earnings depend on individual effort, skills, time invested, business acumen, and market conditions, and most Brand Partners earn modest additional income — or none at all.
Atypical results
Any income examples or testimonials that appear on the Site or in materials produced by Moringa.co or its Brand Partners describe results achieved by specific individuals. These results are not typical, and you should not expect to achieve the same results.
FTC-required disclosures
Per the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides and guidance on multilevel marketing, all income claims must be (a) truthful, (b) substantiated by data from actual Brand Partners, and (c) accompanied by clear and conspicuous disclosures of the typical or generally expected results of program participants.
Our current Income Disclosure Statement is available at /legal/income-disclosure. Brand Partners are required to link to it whenever they make any earnings-related claim in any medium.
Brand Partner conduct
Brand Partners are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Moringa.co. Brand Partners are prohibited from:
- Making income claims unsupported by Moringa.co's most recent Income Disclosure Statement;
- Showing lifestyle imagery (cars, homes, vacations) that implies typical Brand Partner earnings;
- Promising specific dollar amounts, ranks, or timeframes;
- Selling or distributing products through unauthorized channels (e.g. third-party marketplaces).
See the Policies & Procedures for the complete list of prohibited practices and consequences.
Business expenses & taxes
Brand Partners are responsible for their own business expenses, self-employment taxes, and income taxes. Commissions are reported on IRS Form 1099-NEC (US) or equivalent (Canada T4A) where thresholds are met. Consult a qualified tax professional for advice.
