No Medical Advice Disclaimer
Effective date: June 26, 2026
1. We do not provide medical advice
All content on Moringa.co — including product pages, blog posts, the AI chat assistant, sales calls, social media, customer-support emails, and any communication from a Brand Partner — is for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this Site or in any related channel is medical advice and nothing should be treated as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare provider.
Always seek the advice of your physician, pharmacist, or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or before making any decisions about your health.
2. Vital 1 Moringa is a dietary supplement, not a drug
Vital 1 Moringa is a whole-plant Moringa oleiferadietary supplement. It is sold as food and is regulated as a dietary supplement under the U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act (DSHEA), and as a Natural Health Product under Health Canada's NHPR where applicable.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
3. What we do not claim
Moringa.co, Co.Lab, PartnerCo, and any authorized Brand Partner will never claim that Vital 1 Moringa:
- Cures, treats, prevents, mitigates, or reverses any disease or medical condition;
- Replaces prescribed medication or recommended medical therapy;
- Is approved by the FDA, Health Canada, or any other regulatory body as a treatment;
- Will produce a specific clinical outcome for any individual user.
Statements about general wellness benefits (energy, immune support, digestion, skin, nutrient density) describe how moringa is traditionally used and what published research on the dried leaf reports — not what Vital 1 will do for you specifically.
4. Approved vs. prohibited language
The line between a permitted "structure/function" statement and a prohibited "disease" claim is set by U.S. and Canadian regulators, not by us. Examples:
Permitted (structure / function):
- "Moringa is a nutrient-dense whole-plant food."
- "Supports daily nutritional intake as part of a balanced diet."
- "Many users tell us they feel more energy in the mornings."
Prohibited (disease claim):
- "Lowers blood sugar / blood pressure / cholesterol."
- "Treats diabetes / arthritis / fatigue / depression / cancer."
- "A natural alternative to [drug name]."
- "Cured my [condition]."
5. Conditions that require professional guidance
Do not start, stop, or change any supplement, medication, or treatment based on anything you read on Moringa.co. Specifically, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before using Vital 1 Moringa if you:
- Are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding;
- Take prescription medication — particularly thyroid medication, blood-sugar-lowering medication (insulin, metformin), blood-pressure medication, or anticoagulants/blood thinners;
- Have a diagnosed condition such as diabetes, thyroid disorder, kidney or liver disease, or any autoimmune condition;
- Are scheduled for surgery within the next two weeks;
- Have a known allergy to plants in the Moringaceae family.
6. Brand Partner and affiliate conduct
Brand Partners, affiliates, and anyone marketing Vital 1 Moringa under the PartnerCo / Co.Lab program are contractually prohibited from making medical claims. This applies in every channel — including social media posts, paid ads, in-person presentations, WhatsApp/Telegram groups, podcasts, email, and one-on-one conversations.
Violations may result in removal of the content, suspension of commissions, and termination of the Brand Partner agreement under our Policies & Procedures and Brand Partner Distributor Agreement.
If you have seen a medical claim made about Vital 1 Moringa, please report it to info@moringa.co.
7. Individual results vary
Customer testimonials, reviews, and case studies on Moringa.co reflect the experience of individual users and are not a promise or guarantee that you will achieve the same result. Nutrient absorption, baseline diet, sleep, exercise, and individual biology all influence outcomes.
8. AI chat and receptionist disclaimer
The AI chat assistant on Moringa.co, and any AI-powered phone receptionist, are general information tools. They are not a healthcare provider, will not diagnose or recommend treatment, and may make mistakes. If a response from one of our AI tools conflicts with the advice of a healthcare professional, follow the healthcare professional.
9. Emergencies
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) immediately. Do not delay seeking care because of anything you have read on this Site or anything a Brand Partner has told you.
