Shipping
- We currently ship across the United States and Canada. International shipping is rolling out in 2026.
- Orders ship within 2 business days from our fulfillment center.
- Standard delivery typically arrives in 3–7 business days. Expedited options shown at checkout.
- Subscription orders ship on your selected cadence (30 / 60 / 90 days) and renew automatically.
- Shipping costs and any duties/taxes for international orders are shown at checkout.
Lost or damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within 14 days of the carrier's estimated delivery, email info@moringa.cowith your order number and (where possible) a photo of the damage. We'll replace it or refund — no questions asked.
60-day satisfaction guarantee
We stand behind every box. If you're not satisfied, return your order — even if opened — within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price (shipping non-refundable). The guarantee applies to one box per customer; for multi-box orders, additional unopened boxes are also fully refundable.
How to request a refund or return
- Email info@moringa.co with your order number.
- We'll send a prepaid return label (US/CA) or refund without return at our discretion.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt.
Subscription cancellations & skips
Skip a shipment, change your cadence, or cancel anytime via your account — or email us at least 24 hours before your next scheduled charge. Once a subscription order has shipped, the 60-day guarantee applies.
Brand Partner orders
Brand Partner discount orders follow the same return policy. Returns may reduce commissionable volume — see the Policies & Procedures for details.
