Brand Partner Income Disclosure Statement
Period covered: Calendar year 2025 · Published: June 26, 2026
Moringa.co publishes this Income Disclosure Statement (“IDS”) to help prospective Brand Partners make an informed decision about the program. It describes earnings actually received by Brand Partners through our compensation plan during the period above. Brand Partner earnings depend on individual effort, ability, time investment, and market conditions and are not guaranteed.
Important context
- Earnings shown reflect gross commissions paid by Moringa.co before income tax, self-employment tax, business expenses (such as samples, marketing, travel), and any chargebacks.
- Figures exclude any retail profit a Brand Partner may earn from selling products at a margin above Brand Partner cost.
- A “Brand Partner” is any individual who enrolled and was active (placed at least one qualifying order in the prior 12 months) during the period.
- Most people who enroll do so to receive a discount on their own purchases and never receive a commission check.

What we want you to know
- The majority of people enroll to receive a discount on personal use and earn $0 from the compensation plan itself.
- Becoming a Brand Partner is a business opportunity. Like any business, it requires time, effort, skill, and capital. Results vary widely between individuals.
- We do not pay for recruiting Brand Partners. Commissions are paid on product sales to end consumers, consistent with FTC guidance.
- You are never required to maintain a monthly auto-ship to receive commissions, and you are never required to purchase inventory.
